Climate Change with Clean Energy Program

Climate change is significantly driven by the widespread burning of fossil fuels such as firewood, charcoal, coal, and gas. These fuels are heavily consumed in transportation, industrial activities, and household cooking, contributing to greenhouse gas emissions and environmental degradation.

Many communities, however, remain unaware of the benefits of adopting clean energy alternatives—particularly for cooking. Cleaner options such as LPG and electricity offer multiple advantages: they are more environmentally friendly, reduce exposure to harmful smoke, save time, and are often more cost-effective compared to traditional charcoal, whose prices continue to rise.

Our program aims to raise awareness about the importance of clean energy and empower communities to make sustainable energy choices. We plan to collaborate with clean-energy stakeholders, suppliers, and advocates to ensure wider access, affordable options, and smooth adoption of clean energy solutions across communities.
